Pavers that stay flat and sealed

Lifted and settled pavers are trip hazards, the same liability problem as a raised sidewalk edge, just prettier. We lift, re-base and reset settled areas back to a level surface, and where washout under the pavers caused the settling, we fix the drainage cause too, not just the symptom.

Sealing has a lifecycle. When the color goes flat and the joints start bleeding sand, it is time: we strip the failed sealer, re-sand the joints and reseal, which keeps a paver deck serviceable for years instead of becoming a replacement project. Pool decks, entrances and monument features are our most common paver calls.
